Description
The Reservation and Call Center Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and reservations for our fine dining Chinese restaurant and other Gaia Group offerings. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests from the moment they inquire about our services until their visit. Responsibilities and Duties
* Respond to inquiries about hotel facilities and services, airline partnerships, local attractions, directions, and more. * Relay relevant guest information to the appropriate departments and personnel. * Accurately and promptly communicate requests to the designated colleagues. * Handle reservations via email, phone, central reservation systems, sales/catering office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. * Timely enter all sales bookings and group contracts into the system. * Create and maintain reservation records based on arrival dates. * Prepare confirmation letters for guests. * Process cancellations and modifications promptly. * Manage and track advance deposits and prepayments for reservations.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Excellent customer service abilities * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends * Familiarity with hotel property management systems, extranets, and central reservation systems, along with their functionalities
