Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take charge of our restaurant's daily operations. As Restaurant Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will lead and inspire a team, maintain our high standards of food and beverage quality, and effectively manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. * Coordinate and supervise all aspects of service, guaranteeing that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable experience. * Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they consistently meet our stringent standards. * Manage inventory, order necessary supplies, and oversee budgetary and financial aspects of the business. * Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of waitstaff, cooks, and other restaurant personnel. * Address customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback with professionalism and diplomacy. * Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a preference for those in a managerial capacity. * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers. * Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business needs. * Excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and a positive attitude. * Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to food service operations.
