Responsibilities and Duties

*Pastry Production: Prepare and produce a variety of pastries and puddings, ensuring consistency and adherence to our manual and central kitchen processing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). *Equipment Maintenance: Make sure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly, following food safety standards and procedures. *Inventory Management: Receive, pack, and store raw ingredients and finished products at their required temperatures. *Kitchen Upkeep: Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the central kitchen tidy and organized. *Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

*At least 1 year of experience as a pastry chef or as central kitchen pastry staff. *Ability to stand for long hours and work comfortably in cool room temperatures. *A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for confectionaries.
