Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations to ensure efficient, smooth, and high-quality service delivery. *Address and resolve customer concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. *Train and onboard new hires, especially in bar service standards, and provide regular feedback and coaching to support team growth. *Monitor the grooming, presentation, and hygiene of all front-of-house team members to maintain brand and health standards. *Ensure all equipment, especially in the kitchen, is safe, functional, and regularly maintained; report faults promptly to management. *Support operational planning, including inventory control, procurement, staff scheduling, and floor productivity. *Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategies, including staffing plans and business expansion initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Positive mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow. *Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and the ability to lead by example. *Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. *Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. *A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role in the F&B or hospitality sector.
