Responsibilities and Duties

* Handle incoming guest inquiries effectively via phone, email, and online platforms. * Provide accurate and informative information about room availability, rates, and special packages. * Assist guests in making, modifying, or canceling reservations efficiently. * Ensure the accurate and timely entry of all reservation data into the hotel's booking system. * Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all reservation-related tasks. * Provide exceptional customer service at all times, exceeding guest expectations and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Prior experience in a similar reservations role within the hospitality industry is preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests. * Possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
