Description
We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie with expertise in Indian cuisine to join a luxury boutique hotel group in Little India. The role involves preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, supporting senior chefs, and ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities and Duties
* Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies * Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces * Cook Indian menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team * Follow instructions from Executive and Sous Chefs * Clean and maintain workstation, including proper storage of leftover food * Monitor stock levels and handle inventory appropriately * Ensure dishes are served on time and meet quality standards * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and workplace regulations * Maintain a professional and positive approach with colleagues and customers
Qualifications and Requirements
* At least 8 years of culinary experience, with proven expertise in Indian cuisine * Ability to work in a high-volume hospitality environment * Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills * Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards * Ability to maintain quality and consistency under pressure
