Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow *Supervise all aspects of service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience *Monitor food and beverage quality to maintain brand and service standards *Manage inventory, place supply orders, and support financial operations *Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain a high level of performance and morale *Resolve customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and care *Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff *Assist with any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management teamonal dining experiences, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume or upscale restaurant Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities *Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting *Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required *Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
