Responsibilities and Duties

* Monitor and evaluate the restaurant's performance, providing detailed financial reports. * Analyze sales trends, profitability, and manage operational costs, including labor, food, beverage, and inventory. * Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and enhance operational efficiency. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and feedback. * Conduct regular operational reviews and propose strategic improvements. * Spearhead brand promotion through local marketing initiatives and special events. * Manage human resource functions, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. * Ensure strict adherence to company policies, as well as health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum secondary school level education. * At least eight years of proven experience in restaurant management. * Essential knowledge of restaurant financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
