Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage inventory and equipment, placing orders and overseeing facility upkeep, cleanliness, and security. * Develop and adhere to budgets, striving to maximize profitability and achieve sales goals set by senior management. * Monitor and manage restaurant revenue, including payroll administration. * Source, hire, and develop new team members, providing ongoing training and mentorship to existing staff. * Create and manage staff schedules, motivating and inspiring the team to meet sales objectives. * Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards and compliance with all health and safety regulations. * Guarantee exceptional customer service at all times. * Implement and reinforce company policies, procedures, and ethical standards within the team. * Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively. * Execute marketing initiatives in accordance with company guidelines, including implementing promotional campaigns.
