We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in food preparation, values cleanliness and consistency, and thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment. Experience in Japanese cuisine is a strong plus, but not mandatory, we value commitment, teamwork, and a desire to grow.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and presentation standards *Ensure food is plated attractively and prepared in a timely and consistent manner *Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation at all times *Assist in daily mise en place tasks like chopping, slicing, portioning, and measuring ingredients *Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations *Coordinate with service team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders *Stay informed on new menu items, seasonal dishes, and kitchen procedures *Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the kitchen

Qualifications and Requirements

*At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry; prior experience with Japanese cuisine is highly advantageous *A strong sense of quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction *Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen *Open to working 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays *Strong team player with good communication skills and a positive work ethic
