Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a committed and proactive Supervisor to nurture our client connections and drive business success. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, building strong relationships through regular engagement, personalized service, and effective communication. You will also be responsible for managing sales processes and contributing to our overall growth through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services and the quality of their sales. * Conduct regular in-person visits to clients based on provided lists, offering personalized attention and tailored solutions. * Develop and build relationships with potential new clients through face-to-face meetings, phone conversations, and email correspondence. * Provide regular updates on client interactions to the supervisor, process sales orders accurately, and manage payment collections efficiently. * Engage with customers through phone and email to provide support, conduct online product demonstrations, strengthen relationships, and achieve monthly sales objectives. * Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree or higher (with evidence of strong academic performance). 2. A minimum of three years of professional work experience. 3. Experience in sales and marketing, as well as training and development, is considered a valuable asset. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. 5. Ability to distinguish between different colors.
