Service Crew

Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our service crew team. As a service crew member, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing friendly and efficient service. You may also assist with food preparation and handle transactions.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving order issues with a positive attitude. * Present menus, accurately take customer orders, and efficiently serve food and drinks. * Assist in food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, maintaining a clean work area, and packaging items. * Accurately process customer transactions, including ringing up orders, collecting payments, and providing correct change. * Prepare customer bills, ensuring all costs, taxes, and items are correctly itemized. * Verify order accuracy and completeness before serving to dine-in customers or packaging for takeout.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and positively with customers and fellow team members. * A good understanding of and commitment to adhering to food safety regulations and practices. * Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning up after food preparation and service. * Physical stamina to stand and move around for extended periods and the flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. * A positive, friendly, reliable, and punctual attitude. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work atmosphere. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and preparing bills accurately. * Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and completeness. * Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is often beneficial but not always mandatory; a willingness to learn is key.
