Responsibilities and Duties

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverages Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the beverage program at our restaurant, including developing and implementing menus, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beverage industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for creating unique and memorable beverage experiences. Responsibilities: ・Develop and implement beverage menus, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks ・Source and manage inventory of beverages, including spirits, wine, beer, and soft drinks ・Oversee the daily operations of the beverage program, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies ・Manage the beverage staff, including training and developing their skills and knowledge ・Ensure excellent customer service by providing prompt and friendly service to guests ・Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the beverage area ・Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking ・Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and consistency ・Conduct inventory management and ordering of supplies ・Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and revenue ・Develop and manage budget for beverage program ・Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase profitability ・Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations ・Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements

・GCE ‘O’ Levels or WSQ Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or equivalent. ・At least 3 years of experience in a beverage management role in a restaurant or hospitality setting ・Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits ・Excellent leadership and communication skills ・Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment ・Strong organizational and problem-solving skills ・Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays ・Able to work independently and in a team ・Only Singaporeans/PR will be considered
