Kitchen Assistant

We are currently seeking a Food Prep Assistant to join our kitchen operations team. This role involves hands-on support in food preparation and packaging. Whether you're just starting out or looking to gain more kitchen experience, this position offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Package pre-seasoned poultry for distribution or cooking *Wash, peel, and slice a variety of vegetables as required *Accurately measure and portion ingredients according to set standards *Label and pack food products neatly and correctly *Maintain high levels of cleanliness and follow all hygiene standards *Follow standardized recipes and operational guidelines *Support other kitchen tasks or assignments as instructed by supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements

*No prior experience needed — full training will be provided *Open to individuals who can work flexible hours, including rotating shifts *Good attention to detail and willingness to learn *Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
