Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties

* Participate in the preparation of food and beverage items. * Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are in good working order. * Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and handle any additional tasks as needed. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area. * Work to ensure food can be prepared efficiently and in a timely manner. * Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting. * Maintain the freshness of all food items and properly discard any that are expired or spoiled. * Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary to ensure adequate supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. * Must have a pleasant and well-groomed appearance. * Possess at least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service or a related field. * Must be able to commit to shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
