Description

We are seeking a Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef (Western Cuisine). The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to ensure consistent quality and standards in a professional kitchen environment. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Perform kitchen preparation and maintain hygiene and cleanliness * Prepare, cook, and present food at designated stations * Ensure food produced meets quality and portion standards * Support daily kitchen operations and assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Western cuisine * Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork * Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
