Responsibilities and Duties

* Performance Management: Set goals for performance and deadlines and communicate them to your team. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. * Workflow & Leadership: Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks. Serve as a link between management and staff, passing on information and preparing performance reports. * Team Development: Assist with hiring and training new employees to build a strong and cohesive team. * Problem Resolution: Receive complaints and resolve problems promptly. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, and take disciplinary actions if needed. * Administrative Support: Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant leadership role. * Possess a professional and pleasant personality. * A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays. * Ability to work night shifts and split shifts, with irregular working hours.
