Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure that every dish served maintains a consistent taste, quality, temperature, and level of preparation. * Support the Sous Chef in the daily management of kitchen activities, including the preparation of Spanish dishes. * Prepare all necessary mise-en-place to facilitate smooth kitchen operations. * Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of all kitchen machinery and equipment. * Assist with the ordering and receiving of ingredient inventory. * Ensure that all team members adhere to health and safety regulations during every stage of food preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (at least Level 1). * A solid understanding of how to prepare and store various ingredients correctly. * An exceptional attitude towards learning; we encourage chefs who are eager to learn, even with limited experience in Spanish tapas cuisine. * An individual who takes ownership and pride in the quality of their work.
