We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Preparation and Operations Associate to contribute to our dynamic kitchen environment. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our kitchen operations, from preparing fresh ingredients to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Ingredient Handling and Preparation: - Prepare fresh produce by washing and precisely cutting vegetables to established standards. - Process and marinate meats according to specific recipes, ensuring consistent quality. - Culinary Execution and Equipment Care: - Prepare various dishes using techniques such as stir-frying, deep-frying, and steaming, maintaining consistent quality and presentation. - Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order, promptly reporting any malfunctions. Sanitation and Organization: - Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols. Inventory and Procurement Support: - Conduct daily stock checks to monitor inventory levels and identify items needing replenishment. - Assist in the ordering of supplies, ensuring the kitchen is adequately stocked. - Verify the accuracy of delivery invoices and inspect incoming goods for quality and consistency.

Qualifications and Requirements
