Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in preparing meals for residents and staff, taking into account specific dietary needs. * Maintain uncompromising hygiene standards through diligent washing and sanitizing procedures. * Demonstrate proficiency in fundamental food preparation techniques. * Operate commercial kitchen appliances and equipment safely and correctly. * Follow instructions from the chef to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen. * Strictly adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene protocols. * Implement measures to ensure the quality of all prepared food items. * Follow workplace safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of UPSR / Primary Education or equivalent qualification. * At least 1 year of relevant experience working in a kitchen setting. * Willingness to work shifts (no night shifts). * Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
