You'll be a key player in upholding our service standards and contributing to the smooth daily operation of our establishment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Deliver personalized and attentive service, acting as a welcoming representative of our restaurant. * Support the floor supervisor in opening and closing procedures, adhering to established checklists. * Maintain consistent, high-quality service, always prioritizing guest satisfaction. * Be a visible and proactive presence on the floor, readily available to assist guests. * Offer genuine and sincere service, building rapport with our clientele. * Assist in maintaining the organization of both the front and back of house, ensuring all areas are well-maintained. * Adhere to standard operating procedures for daily operations and preparations. * Communicate with the floor supervisor to keep them informed of any operational issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proficiency in refined and efficient service practices. * Understanding of standard procedures for high-volume, high-quality restaurant service. * Basic knowledge or a keen interest in food, beverages, and wine. * Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the food and beverage industry. * Familiarity with standard restaurant equipment and its operation. * Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines, both personally and in supporting team efforts.
