Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and organize the daily tasks of production staff, assigning duties and tracking progress. * Conduct comprehensive training for new team members, covering production methods, safety guidelines, and company procedures. * Evaluate the quality of completed work, ensuring adherence to established standards and maintaining consistency. * Monitor production output and manage inventory levels of necessary supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements
