We are looking for a motivated Junior Chef to join our kitchen team. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to help you develop your skills in a vibrant and engaging environment. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist senior chefs in the preparation of Japanese dishes. * Learn and apply basic Japanese cooking techniques. * Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. * Follow instructions from senior chefs to ensure food quality and consistency. * Participate in the proper storage and handling of ingredients. * Be a positive and contributing member of the kitchen team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A genuine interest in learning about and preparing Japanese cuisine. * Enjoys working in a dynamic kitchen environment. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction. * Ability to work during the specified hours: 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, 5 days per week. * While not mandatory, a food handler's certification would be advantageous.
