Responsibilities and Duties

* Orchestrate daily operations for both the dining area and kitchen, ensuring seamless service. * Cultivate a culture of exceptional service, maximizing guest satisfaction. * Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively. * Conduct regular quality checks on offerings and explore new supplier partnerships. * Schedule and oversee shifts, ensuring optimal staffing levels. * Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for growth. * Forecast and procure necessary supplies, kitchen tools, and cleaning materials. * Guarantee strict adherence to all health and safety regulations. * Maintain and enhance the restaurant's reputation, proposing innovative strategies for improvement. * Manage operational expenses and identify opportunities to minimize waste. * Generate comprehensive reports on revenue and expenses, both weekly, monthly, and annually. * Promote the establishment within the local community through engagement and events. * Recommend strategies to expand reach, such as promotional offers and digital marketing. * Onboard and train staff on exemplary guest service protocols. * Establish and enforce policies to ensure consistent and effective operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in a restaurant management capacity, such as Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager. * Proven track record of delivering superior guest service in a management role. * In-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and menu items. * Proficiency with restaurant management software. * Exceptional leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills. * Strong financial acumen and budgeting abilities.
