Reservation Associate

Description

The Reservation Associate processes reservation requests and supports customer care, handling inquiries for the brand via phone and email. This role involves creating a seamless experience for guests by providing information on property facilities, services, and room accommodations. The associate will identify guest needs, apply sales techniques to maximize revenue, and ensure adherence to booking policies, loyalty guidelines, and case management procedures. There is an opportunity to work from home after performance confirmation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Process reservation requests and assist with basic loyalty and customer care inquiries. Handle incoming contacts and support customers with booking needs or questions through phone and email. Create a seamless experience for guests by providing information about property facilities, services, and room accommodations. Identify guest reservation needs and use sales techniques to maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules, loyalty guidelines, and case management. Qualifications and Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or reservation role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently through phone and email. Familiarity with reservation systems and basic customer care processes. Sales-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities to maximize revenue. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays if required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, including special booking rules and loyalty guidelines. Open to remote work after confirmation, based on performance.
