Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of restaurant staff, focusing on training, development, and performance. * Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, handling complaints, and resolving conflicts promptly and professionally. * Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to optimize profitability and ensure cost-effectiveness. * Oversee inventory levels, ensuring proper stock management and minimizing waste. * Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining health and safety compliance, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. * Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and attract new customers. Plan and execute special events and promotions to enhance customer engagement. * Maintain open and effective communication with staff, customers, and suppliers. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. * Address and resolve operational challenges and customer issues calmly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with experience in hiring, training, and supervising staff. * Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts effectively. * Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. * Experience in managing daily restaurant operations, including familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems. * Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and planning special events. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly. * Minimum of two years of relevant restaurant management experience.
