You will be responsible for delivering our restaurant's offerings with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide friendly, excellent, and professional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. * Manage the process of taking food and beverage orders accurately and serving guests with efficiency and grace. * Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for service, including setup and preparation tasks. * Ensure that all table amenities and utensils are properly stocked, meticulously inspected, and presented to the highest standards. * Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to fulfilling their needs to the best of your ability. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of our menu to effectively upsell, promote, and guide guests in their selections. * Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving all operational goals and key performance objectives, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. * Effectively promote and upsell food and beverage items, ensuring guests have a truly enjoyable and satisfying dining experience. * Engage guests with your knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, presenting them in a friendly, approachable, and informative manner. * Articulate the food menu clearly, explaining preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation details to enhance the guest's understanding. * Possess a general understanding of common food allergies, dietary restrictions, and beverage brands to provide informed recommendations to guests. * Demonstrate the ability to recognize and understand the diverse needs and preferences of different types of guests and dining clientele. * Adapt your service style and approach to effectively cater to the specific needs and expectations of each guest at your table. * Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, ensuring a safe and sanitary dining environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A hardworking, motivated, and dedicated team player with a genuine passion for food, beverage, and providing exceptional service. * Maintain a well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of our establishment. * Prior exposure to leadership training programs is preferred; however, a combination of relevant practical experience and education will also be considered.
