We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team in a part-time role, contributing to our vibrant food service operation. This position focuses on preparing and serving wholesome protein bowls in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare protein bowl ingredients using simple cooking techniques like boiling, toasting, and sous vide. * Work autonomously during preparation hours, ensuring efficient workflow. * Set up and organize the service station for customer interaction. * Provide warm and welcoming service to all customers. * Follow precise serving guidelines for food portioning and presentation. * Maintain a clean and sanitary counter and food preparation area, including equipment and utensils. * Implement FIFO inventory management to track and manage ingredient freshness. * Manage stock levels by ordering and storing products, and communicating with relevant parties. * Adhere to fundamental food hygiene regulations. * Relay customer feedback to management and suggest menu improvements based on customer preferences. * Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate. * Ability to handle non-halal food products. * Demonstrated safe knife handling skills. * Ability to work independently. * Availability to work weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 8am to 3pm. * Expected to start immediately.
