Description

This role involves providing friendly and efficient service to restaurant guests, focusing on taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. The individual will contribute to a positive dining experience by offering menu recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet guests warmly and guide them to their assigned tables. * Accurately take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly. * Present plated dishes to guests in an appealing manner. * Assist in setting up tables before service and clearing used plates and utensils during and after meals. * Provide helpful menu recommendations to guests upon request. * Communicate order details clearly and efficiently to kitchen staff. * Operate the cash register as needed, handling transactions accurately. * Maintain a clean and organized dining area, consistently adhering to health and safety regulations. * Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of one year of work experience in the food and beverage industry. * Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin. * A positive and proactive work attitude. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
