Description
The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the achievement of monthly team targets. Responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls, identifying and addressing customer needs, and building long-term relationships with customers. This role involves maintaining accurate customer records, processing accounts, and following up on complaints with effective solutions. The candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, handling customer interactions, and adhering to company policies while striving to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide full administrative support to sales representatives to help achieve monthly team targets. Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls. Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customer accounts through clear, open communication. Ensure accurate, valid, and complete information is provided using the appropriate methods and tools. Meet personal and team sales targets while adhering to call handling quotas. Address customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documentation. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies. Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and delight.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience in administrative support or customer service (preferred, but not required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely solutions. Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
