As a Restaurant Manager, you will hold a vital leadership role within our Restaurant Operations team, taking ownership of the daily management of the restaurant and guiding the development of your team. Your responsibilities will span leading the team through service rushes, training crew members, proactively enhancing the guest experience, overseeing food safety and quality, managing inventory, and handling restaurant finances as needed. Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Lead and develop the restaurant team, providing guidance, training, and support. * Maintain a calm and effective presence during busy service periods, guiding the team to success. * Proactively work to improve the overall guest experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Manage all aspects of food safety and ensure adherence to quality standards. * Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste. * Manage restaurant financials as required, contributing to the profitability of the establishment. * Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting. * Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. * Experience in managing restaurant financials, including profit and loss (P&L) understanding. * A positive attitude, maturity, and high energy levels are essential. * Strong leadership and team development skills. * Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving operations. * Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
