Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide daily operational support to the sales team. - Develop sales reports, presentations, and other required documentation. - Maintain and update client information and sales databases. - Manage the entry, tracking, and fulfillment of orders. - Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely product delivery. - Promptly and effectively resolve any order-related problems. - Respond to client inquiries through various channels (phone, email, in-person). - Provide clients with information about products, services, and the status of their orders. - Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional manner. - Coordinate sales activities with relevant departments, such as operations and logistics. - Support the sales team during client meetings and presentations. - Assist in creating sales proposals and contracts. - Help monitor and manage inventory levels. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material procurement. - Perform regular inventory checks and address any discrepancies. - Create and maintain sales-related documents and reports. - Ensure accurate and timely recording of all sales activities. - Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements
