The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that cleanliness and service standards are maintained throughout the hotel. This role involves supervising staff, conducting inspections of guest rooms and public areas, and addressing any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. The Floor Supervisor also coordinates with other departments, manages inventory and supplies, trains new staff, and ensures adherence to health and safety regulations. Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure the efficient daily operation of the housekeeping department. * Assist managers in upholding service quality standards. * Supervise team performance and workflow processes. * Clean and maintain guest rooms, replenishing room supplies as needed. * Clean bathrooms and restock bathroom amenities. * Organize and tidy guest belongings during room cleaning. * Ensure that quality assurance standards are consistently met. * Clean and maintain hotel corridors. * Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department. * Interact with and assist guests professionally when necessary.
