Singapore’s luxury boutique hotel group is seeking for Assistant Housekeeping Manager. Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry. Directs and supports employees to ensure guestrooms, public areas, and staff facilities are clean and well maintained. Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage housekeeping operations, ensuring room status is communicated to Front Desk. * Coordinate with Engineering on guestroom maintenance needs. * Oversee general cleaning schedules and room assignments. * Supervise daily housekeeping shifts, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. * Manage stock levels, supplies, uniforms, and equipment. * Implement inspection programs for rooms and public spaces. * Ensure guest complaints are handled promptly, empowering staff to deliver excellent service. * Participate in departmental cost control to achieve budget goals. * Train, coach, and conduct performance appraisals for housekeeping staff. * Support recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary processes in line with SOPs. * Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 6 years of relevant housekeeping experience, with supervisory responsibilities. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, inventory tracking, and safety protocols (including MSDS and PPE). * Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance targets. * Familiarity with preventative maintenance, environmental sustainability, and guestroom readiness codes. * Professional demeanor, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
