The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for sale, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, guest privacy, and operational efficiency, while supporting housekeeping processes and reporting maintenance issues. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Check and stock all necessary linens and supplies for the day * Verify room status against daily report and report discrepancies to Supervisor * Clean a minimum of 15 rooms daily * Replenish amenities according to Operational Standards * Perform rotation cleaning duties such as deep cleaning and carpet shampooing as required * Maintain cleanliness and security of work area and guestrooms * Report faulty items needing repair to Floor Supervisors/Housekeeping office * Check room safes and set dials for check-out and vacant clean rooms * Hand in any lost and found items to Floor Supervisors/Housekeeping office * Record number of soiled linens and exchange for clean linens at Linen Room

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum secondary education or equivalent * At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field * Able to understand and communicate in simple English with guests and colleagues * Knowledge of vacuum cleaner use and proper chemical handling * Functional knowledge in room cleaning * Hardworking team player with pleasant personality
