Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning activities across assigned locations. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing supplies, and ensuring operations are compliant with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning tasks across various sites. *Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness meets expected standards. *Train, guide, and support cleaning personnel to perform their duties effectively. *Create work schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure adequate staffing. *Keep track of cleaning supplies and ensure necessary equipment is available and maintained. *Address client concerns and service-related issues promptly and professionally. *Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Prior experience in cleaning operations and supervising teams. *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Effective communication and leadership abilities. *Capable of managing multiple teams or locations. *Basic knowledge of cleaning agents, tools, and equipment. *Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
