Responsibilities and Duties

- Food Preparation and Cooking: -n Prepare and cook Western cafe-style food, including small plates, according to our menu standards. - Contribute to the creation of new and exciting menu items. - Operational Support: - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and work area. - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. - Team Collaboration: - Work closely with the team to ensure efficient and timely service. - Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Preferably 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry. - Possession of a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling. - A positive work attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skills. - A passion for food and a desire to create new dishes. - Availability to work 44 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday through Saturday. - Ability to work in a central location near major transport hubs.
