Responsibilities and Duties

* Take charge of all operational facets of the assigned outlet, including its financial performance and profitability. * Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction by preparing the outlet for service and maintaining a consistently clean and welcoming atmosphere. * Proactively drive sales initiatives and guide the team to achieve and surpass sales targets. * Demonstrate strong initiative, effective leadership, and the ability to inspire and motivate both yourself and your team members. * Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to build strong relationships with regular patrons, understanding their preferences to ensure complete satisfaction. * Efficiently manage all reservations to optimize the outlet's seating capacity. * Assume full ownership and accountability for the assigned outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery through effective team coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a management role within a restaurant or food and beverage service operation. * A strong sales focus with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. * A naturally friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. * A strong team player with exceptional leadership and motivational abilities.
