Responsibilities and Duties

* Strategic Planning: Set and execute strategic targets for the restaurant to drive growth and profitability. * Operations Management: Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including both front- and back-of-house activities. * Team Leadership: Manage schedule planning, lead the entire team, and ensure employees from different cultural backgrounds work cohesively. * Customer Excellence: Provide excellent customer service and respond efficiently to any customer complaints to ensure a positive dining experience. * Financial Oversight: Ensure the profitability of the restaurant by managing all operational aspects.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management position, with a preference for candidates with 4-5 years of F&B industry experience. * Proven experience in managing a Sichuan restaurant is a key requirement. * Strong soft skills and management skills, with the ability to lead a team effectively. * A mature and positive attitude, with the ability to manage workers from diverse cultural backgrounds. * Ability to commit to working on weekends and public holidays.
