Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. *Ensure the authenticity, consistency, and quality of Sichuan dishes, understanding traditional cooking techniques and flavor profiles. *Learn and manage the sourcing of authentic Sichuan ingredients to maintain dish integrity. *Supervise and manage Sichuan chefs, ensuring kitchen team performance meets restaurant standards. *Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational performance and profitability. *Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. *Lead the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development of restaurant staff. *Build strong customer relationships and manage feedback to enhance guest satisfaction. *Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements. *Set and monitor budgets, track daily sales, and control costs related to food, labor, and overhead. *Collaborate with superiors to complete ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a Sichuan or Chinese cuisine setting. *Deep familiarity with Sichuan cuisine, including ingredients, cooking techniques, and cultural nuances. *Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. *Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively. *A genuine passion for the F&B industry and interest in promoting authentic regional cuisine.
