Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet customers with a smile and take their orders accurately. * Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently. * Deliver exceptional service to ensure every customer has a memorable and satisfying experience. * Manage card payments and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area. * Assist in keeping tables clean and the overall cafe environment tidy. * Help with cafe setup and closing procedures at the beginning and end of shifts. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Must be available to work weekends and public holidays, as per a shift schedule. * No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided. * A friendly and positive attitude with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor. * A genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service. * Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Basic numeracy skills for handling payments. * A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
