Responsibilities and Duties

*Goal Setting & Communication: Set clear performance goals and deadlines that align with company plans and vision, then effectively communicate these to your team. *Workflow Management: Organize daily workflow and ensure all employees clearly understand their duties and delegated tasks. *Performance Development: Monitor team productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help individuals grow and improve. *Problem Resolution: Skillfully receive and resolve complaints, ensuring smooth operations and a positive atmosphere. *Record Keeping: Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records. *Information Flow: Act as a crucial link by relaying information from upper management to employees, and conveying feedback or concerns from the team upwards. *Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed performance reports. *Recognition & Growth: Make informed decisions regarding rewards and promotions based on employee performance. *Talent Development: Participate in hiring new employees and provide comprehensive training to ensure their success. *Compliance & Discipline: Ensure strict adherence to all legal and company policies and procedures, taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or a similar leadership role. *Policy & Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with company policies and the relevant legal guidelines in your field. *Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn and understand various job descriptions and operational processes. *Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect effectively with diverse individuals. *Strong Leadership: Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team. *Technical Proficiency: A solid working knowledge of MS Office.
