Responsibilities and Duties

* Process reservation requests and assist with basic loyalty and customer care inquiries. * Manage incoming contacts for Marriott brands, providing support to customers with their booking needs and questions via voice and email channels. * Deliver an effortless experience and build brand loyalty by addressing inquiries about property facilities, services, and room accommodations, aligning with our vision to be the world’s favorite travel company. * Identify guest reservation needs and apply sales techniques to optimize revenue. * Ensure adherence to policies and procedures for special booking rules, loyalty guidelines, and case management. * Opportunity to work from home upon confirmation, based on performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or equivalent qualification. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to apply sales techniques. * Proficiency in computer applications and reservation systems. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
