Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare food items daily and replenish kitchen supplies as needed. * Uphold strict kitchen cleanliness and safety standards consistently. * Cook dishes to ensure they meet our established quality benchmarks. * Monitor and manage costs and budgets related to food preparation. * Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary concepts. * Provide leadership and foster a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated ability to work diligently and maintain focus during shifts. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including split shifts, with a scheduled day off on Sundays. * Adaptability to handle various tasks within the establishment as needed.
