Kitchen Crew

Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Crew member to join our team. You will assist in daily food preparation and cooking while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen. The role involves both front-line cooking and back-of-house support to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food quality for our guests.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Prepare and cook meals in accordance with set standards and recipes *Perform opening and closing kitchen duties, including mise en place *Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized food prep area *Wash, dry, and properly store kitchen tools, utensils, and dishes *Sort, label, store, and distribute ingredients efficiently *Ensure all food items meet quality and portion control standards *Deliver orders promptly and consistently during busy service hours

Qualifications and Requirements

*Assist in peeling, chopping, cutting, and other prep work for all dishes *Regularly dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness of the area *Clean cooking equipment and kitchen floors regularly *Handle kitchen tools and equipment responsibly to avoid damage *Perform any additional duties as directed by senior kitchen staff
