Description

As a Service Crew at Gatten Sushi Singapore, you'll deliver the energetic, warm hospitality that defines the Gatten brand — embodying the "Gatten Shouchi!" spirit. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve dishes, and create a memorable dining experience as part of the 1st outlet's founding service team.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Greeting, seating, and serving guests with energetic and warm hospitality -Taking orders and explaining menu items (sushi, sides, beverages, desserts) -Serving dishes and ensuring smooth dining flow -Cash handling and POS operation -Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area -Coordinating closely with kitchen, itamae, and management teams -Supporting team training and onboarding of new service members

Qualifications and Requirements

Required: -Passion for service and hospitality -Cheerful, energetic communication style — comfortable with the "Gatten Shouchi!" culture -Strong teamwork; eagerness to grow Preferred: -F&B service experience (any level) -Customer service or hospitality background
