Its flagship brand, Gatten Sushi — founded in 1987 — is the pioneer of gourmet conveyor belt sushi in Japan. Unlike mass-market sushi chains, Gatten Sushi sources ingredients directly from the market each day, with skilled chefs preparing and crafting each piece in-house. The result is sushi-counter quality served in a lively, accessible format — at a price guests can afford. Internationally, Gatten Sushi expanded to Hong Kong as its first overseas market. Singapore will be the brand's second international location, with the first outlet opening in June 2026.
