Description

We are seeking a highly effective Sales Manager to contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals by maintaining a competitive and innovative business approach. This role emphasizes maximizing the sales team's effectiveness, developing strategic sales plans, and presenting these plans to senior leadership for approval and resource allocation.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Achieve growth and consistently meet or exceed established sales targets through effective sales team leadership. - Develop and implement a strategic business plan focused on expanding the organization's customer base and establishing a strong market presence. - Manage the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives. - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding and addressing their specific needs. - Implement new sales strategies and initiatives to enhance performance. - Present comprehensive reports on sales, revenue, and expenses, along with realistic sales forecasts, to the management team. - Identify emerging markets and shifts in market dynamics, while staying informed about new product developments and the competitive landscape. - Identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue and market share. - Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Demonstrated successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry conferences. - Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels within the organization. - Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from initial planning to final closure. - Strong business acumen and in-depth industry knowledge. - Excellent mentoring, coaching, and team management skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and report writing. - Ability to understand and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. - Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.
