We are seeking a proactive Logistics Supervisor to coordinate and monitor our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient use of premises, assets, and communication channels, optimize logistics procedures using IT tools, and lead the logistics team to meet operational requirements effectively. Responsibilities and Duties

*Coordinate and oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. *Ensure optimal use of company premises, assets, and communication methods. *Utilize logistics IT systems to streamline and improve operational procedures. *Recruit, train, and manage logistics staff, including drivers, according to scheduling needs and operational demands. *Supervise order fulfillment and manage stocking of raw materials and equipment to meet production requirements. *Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements. *Prepare and deliver accurate operational and performance reports for upper management.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role. *Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain procedures. *Experience in supervising, directing, and evaluating subordinate staff. *Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. *Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. *Proficiency in logistics IT systems and software tools.
