As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, playing a vital role in directing food preparation, ensuring the smooth operation of your kitchen section, and delivering exceptional dishes that meet our high standards and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in all kitchen operations. * Direct and coordinate all food preparation and related functions within your designated kitchen section. * Manage the day-to-day kitchen operations of your specific local kitchen section. * Prepare all menu items according to the restaurant's standards, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations. * Maintain the highest standards of food production and presentation, adhering to our established performance manual and recipes. * Uphold a high standard of hygiene, health, and safety practices within the kitchen. * Ensure strict adherence to all portion control guidelines. * Participate in the monthly inventory stock-takes of the restaurant. * Effectively manage multiple tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

* Maintain excellent hygiene and personal grooming standards. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Ability to work split shifts.
